Benefits of Start-Up Training

Continuing my blogs on the importance of parts & service, I want to discuss the way in which our Start-Up Training and service visits can fine-tune your operation and save money on overhead costs. We recognize the value in demonstrating that our technology is founded on the use of precision equipment. All finished products have a target market, and these markets require specific quality guarantees. The Start-Up is our chance to show you, in a hands-on fashion, how to meet these product expectations. Start-Up & regular service visits Include:

To demonstrate these services, consider the following example:

A producer is processing ExPress® soybean meal for dairy cattle. To attain optimal by-pass protein, the meal must be cooked at a precise temperature. Failure to do so will have a direct and measurable impact in milk volume and quality. Residual oil in the defatted meal directly impacts oil to be found in the cow’s milk. How then does the operator ensure that optimum residual oil is always attained? During Start-Up, we train machine operators on how to maintain this precise temperature and during regularly scheduled service visits, ensure employees are running equipment properly. This is also when we will provide additional training to employees as needed.
