This certification confirms the company is operating Insta-Pro extruders and oil presses under the correct operating parameters for processing ExPress® meal. These parameters include moisture levels, correct TIU levels, consistent residual oil in meal; etc.
The first step to becoming ExPress® certified is signing up for our Support Plus Program. Through SPP, you will have direct access to our service technicians, engineers, marketers, and of course access to our nutritionists to help analyze diets and market ExPress® meal.
During an SPP visit, we will conduct a yearly audit of your equipment to ensure the equipment is in good working order and address any maintenance needs.
