Off To A Good Start
Pre Start-Up
Our service team at Insta-Pro is always improving and making sure you, our customer, gets everything you need from our team. Before we schedule a technician to perform the start-up on Insta-Pro equipment, there are few things that you will want to double check:
- Confirm there is enough raw materials to complete the start-up
- Have metal worker on-site to cut and weld
- Take pictures of the electrical connections and other ancillary equipment that are involved with the start-up
- Confirm power supply to all equipment, along with checking power
Start-Up
During the start-up, the first thing our team will review are the safety procedures and provide printed safety material to display in your facility. In addition to the start-up check list, here are a few things you can do during the start-up to help it move efficiently:
- Be sure to check rotations and to have any ancillary equipment electrical connections double checked
- The team that installed the plant should be present during start-up
Post Start-Up
Our service team does not quit after the start up is completed. We have a multi-lingual service team located around the world that are at your disposal. We want your plant to run as efficiently as possible and want to do what we can do help make the operation successful. Anything from a phone call to a service visit from one of our trained professionals can get keep you on track and help you be the best you can be.
